Monster Power Surge Protectors and Power Line Conditioners

When you invest thousands of dollars in a home theatre surround sound system or plasma screen, you have to protect your equipment from
brown outs, electrical spikes or dirty power. Electrical protection comes in two basic forms.

1) Surge Protection: Surge protectors protect against spikes in the electrical supply which can cause damage to your home theatre equipment. The basic Monster power surge protectors also include stage 1 or 2 filtering which prevent electrical noise from effecting your image or sound.

2) Line Conditioners: Line or power conditions provide enhanced surge protection plus the added feature of conditioning, or cleaning the power.
